Questions, answered

How long is a session?

Each session is a timed play window shown on your city's page. Arrive about 15 minutes early so you can check in and get socks on.

Do we need socks?

Yes — socks are required for every jumper. If you forget yours, we sell grip socks at the door.

Does everyone need a waiver?

Every jumper needs a signed waiver, and a parent or guardian signs for anyone under 18. You can sign before you arrive.

Do adults have to jump?

No. Spectator tickets are cheaper and let you come in, sit down and watch. Children on the inflatables must be accompanied by an adult who has their own ticket.

What ages is it for?

Toddlers through adults. We have separate toddler-friendly areas, and toddlers 3 and under plus seniors 65+ get in free.

Can we bring food or drinks?

Outside food and drink stay outside the play area. Snacks and drinks are available on site.

What if the weather turns?

Most of our stops are indoors. If a session is ever affected, we contact ticket holders directly.

Can we book a birthday party or a group?

Yes — groups, schools, teams and birthdays are welcome. Send us the details and we will arrange it around a session.

Safety rules

Our crew walks every inflatable before each session. These rules keep the fun going.

  • Socks on at all times inside the park.
  • No shoes, food, drink, gum or sharp objects on the inflatables.
  • One person at a time on each slide, feet first, sitting up.
  • No climbing on walls, nets or exterior surfaces.
  • Adults must supervise their own children at all times.
  • Follow every instruction from Epic Bounce staff — they can pause play at any time.
  • Anyone who is unwell, pregnant, or has a heart, neck or back condition should not jump.
  • Empty pockets before you jump: phones, keys and glasses come off the inflatables.
